With several projects underway in David City, we understand that locate flags can be overwhelming. These flags are placed in yards to locate lines and protect workers. Homeowners can be held liable for any damage that occurs if they remove a locate flag. Before removing any locating flags, please contact 811 to confirm whether a project is still in progress. Please do not remove these flags until 811 tells you the work is complete. Thank you!
