“Anyone who wishes to attend the Planning Commission meeting virtually (instead of being physically present) may do so one of two ways via Zoom:

- Clicking the link will prompt you to download the Zoom app if you do not already have it. Download the app at least ten minutes before the meeting starts, since it may take a few minutes to do so.
- Once the app is downloaded, there is no need to “sign in.” Simply click “Join a meeting” and enter the Meeting ID: 849 9310 5096. This will log you into the Zoom call. You will need to enter the passcode of 831775.
Join via telephone by calling 1 (301) 715-8592 or 1 (253) 215-8782.
- When you call, you will be prompted to enter the Meeting ID:.849 9310 5096 . Enter the Meeting ID and press the # symbol. (This is the first time you press #)
- You will be prompted to enter your participant ID # or press #. This meeting does not require Participant ID #’s, so just press #. (This is the second time you press #) You will then need to enter the passcode which is 831775. This will log you into the call.
All new arrivals to the meeting will be automatically muted. They may unmute themselves at the appropriate time for comment.”
