2024 Soccer Registration
Soccer League for Boys and Girls Ages 4-15
Child must be 5-years-old before 8-1-24, and must not be 15-years-old before 8-1-24
ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETABLE ONLINE
Open Registration @ David City Auditorium, Upper Level:
Sunday February 4, 2023 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Monday February 5, 2023 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
THE OPEN REGISTRATION WILL BE A MEANS TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE NEW PROCESS OF REGISTRATION. YOU WILL NEED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR THE CHILD AND THE PARENT TO REGISTER. SEE BACK FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
Registration Fees: ($15 late fee after March 1st)
$85.00 for 1st family member
$70.00 for 2nd family member
$60.00 for each additional family member
You must add all registrations to the “cart” before checking out online for discounts to apply!
THERE WILL BE NO VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT THIS YEAR
Uniforms and socks will be ordered through registration and picked up at picture day. In stock uniforms may also be available for purchase at the registration days.
